Annalisa Brinchmann (she/her) is a Performer, Choreographer and Teaching Artist from Seattle, Washington.
Annalisa grew up training at the Pacific Northwest Ballet, Ballet Austin, The Studios and the Joffrey Ballet. She is a graduate of the University of Washington where she double majored in Dance and Musical Theater. While at the UW, she trained under the direction of Wilson Mendieta, Kelsey Thorgalsen, Steven Sofia and Juliet McMains.
Currently, you can see Annalisa onstage in Mary Poppins, where she is delighted to be making her debut at The 5th Avenue Theatre. And up, next she is excited to be performing the world premier of Here and Their: A Nonbinary Musical this June at 12th Avenue Arts.
Annalisa has been fortunate enough to perform with the Seattle Opera (La Traviata), Village Theater (Guys and Dolls), Reboot Theater (Damn Yankees) as well as Leavenworth Summer Theater's (Hello Dolly, The Sound of Music and Pirates of Penzance).
Her choreography has been seen onstage in Cabaret (Bainbridge Performing Arts), Disenchanted, Spamalot and Nice Work if You Can Get It (Woodland Park Players).
When she's not performing or choreographing Annalisa teaches dance to all ages and levels. She has taught at a number of Community Centers in Seattle (Laurelhurst, Green Lake, Delridge and Loyal Heights) as well as The Emerald Ballet Theater, DASSdance, The Community Dance Project, VAM Studios, Rohr Studios and Aspire Kinetic Arts.
